Intellectual Property Upon receipt of full and final payment, all deliverables produced by NextEnvision for a client – including code, designs, and documentation – become the sole intellectual property of the client. NextEnvision retains no ownership rights over client deliverables once payment has been completed. NextEnvision reserves the right to retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or proprietary methodologies used in the delivery of services.
5. Confidentiality NextEnvision treats all client information, project details, and business data with strict confidentiality. We do not disclose, share, or reference client work publicly without explicit written consent. All white label engagements are governed by full NDA protection as standard.
6. Payment Terms Payment terms are outlined in the individual service agreement or proposal agreed upon with the client. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within the timeframe specified in the agreement. NextEnvision reserves the right to pause or suspend work on any engagement where payment obligations have not been met.
7. Revisions & Scope Any work carried out beyond the agreed scope of a project will be subject to additional charges. NextEnvision will notify the client in advance of any scope changes and will not proceed with out-of-scope work without written approval.
8. Limitation of Liability NextEnvision’s liability in connection with any service engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project or engagement in question. NextEnvision shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of our services or deliverables.
9. Third-Party Tools & Services Some of our services may involve the use of third-party platforms, tools, or APIs. NextEnvision is not responsible for the performance, availability, or terms of any third-party service. Clients are responsible for ensuring they hold the appropriate licences for any third-party tools specified in their project scope.
