the opportunity
Overflow work, routed to partners who match our bar.
We serve digital and marketing agencies across Australia, the UK, and Singapore as their invisible engineering arm. As our client base grows, so does the flow of specialist and overflow briefs we route to trusted delivery partners. This isn’t a marketplace, and we don’t broadcast briefs to a bidding pool. We route each project to two or three shortlisted partners based on stack, timezone, availability, and delivery track record.
the work
The disciplines we route to partners.
Six core disciplines drive our overflow routing. When you register, you tell us which of these you can staff to a production-ready standard. When a brief lands that matches your capability and availability, we route it your way.
the fit
Who we route work to and who we don't.
We hold a high engineering bar for our clients, and we hold the same bar for the partners who deliver under our banner. This is the fastest way to tell if we’re a fit.

the process
How the partnership works.
Four steps from application to your first routed brief. No hidden gates, no reverse auctions, no fee to join.
the standard we uphold
What we expect from every partner in the network.
When a partner delivers under our banner, our clients don’t see the seam. That means every partner has to meet the same operating standard we hold ourselves to.
One form. One review. Ongoing work.

the questions
Common questions from applying partners.
If your question isn’t answered here, drop it into the intake form’s open-text field and we’ll come back to you.
How often do you route work to partners?
It depends on stack and availability. Active partners with in-demand skills receive a routing invite every 2 to 6 weeks. Specialist skills like AI/RAG, mobile, and cloud architecture route more frequently than general web development. We do not guarantee a minimum flow — we only route briefs that are a genuine fit.
What commission or margin do you take?
None. We quote our client on our own margin and route the delivery work to you at a rate we agree with you in advance. Your rate is your rate. We do not haircut your commercials to inflate ours.
Do you pay on delivery or in stages?
Standard payment terms are Net 15 from milestone acceptance for fixed-scope work and Net 15 from timesheet submission for time and materials. Larger engagements can move to milestone-based advance payments after your first successful delivery.
Can we still work with our own clients while in your network?
Yes. There is no exclusivity. The only restriction is that you cannot pitch to or solicit our clients directly once we introduce you to a brief. That restriction is in the partner agreement and lasts for 24 months post engagement.
What if we can't take a project you route to us?
You decline the brief. No penalty. We only ask that you decline within 48 hours so we can route it to the next partner in the shortlist. Repeated last-minute declines or missed responses will affect your priority in future routing.
Do you white-label our work or do we white-label yours?
Both directions. When you deliver under our banner to our end client, you white-label into our brand. When we introduce you to our client and you contract directly, you may be asked to co-brand or white-label into their brand instead. Both models are documented in the partner agreement.
Is there a fee to join the network?
No. There is no application fee, no annual fee, no listing fee, and no charge for routing invites. Our revenue comes from our end clients, not our partners.
How do you shortlist partners when a brief lands?
Every brief is filtered by stack match, timezone overlap, current bench availability, rate band, industry experience, and delivery track record. The top 2 or 3 partners on that filter receive the brief simultaneously. First to accept with a matching plan wins the work.
